Our core question was how do we create a meaningful cultural moment rather than just another merchandise drop for our apparel collaboration with Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.
Our strategy was to manage and execute a large-scale fashion and editorial campaign that positioned the collection as a premium, story-driven experience. We developed a distinct creative direction that honored the deep lore and aesthetic of Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood while seamlessly integrating it with TSM's modern brand identity.
The campaign was a definitive success; 95% sell through, a couple angry fans wishing we did more, and 2M+ video views.
