While the initial goal was simple client acquisition for fitness influencer Garrett Tartt, we quickly identified a larger market failure: a saturated field of low-quality fitness content. The real opportunity wasn't just to grow an account, but to establish a new standard.

I led a strategic pivot, overhauling the content production to focus on high-quality, aspirational fitness stories. This repositioned Garrett Tartt as a definitive market leader, differentiating him from competitors and capturing a more engaged, high-value audience. Our work resulted in a 6 month Nike Training partnership and countless of inspired athletes.
